My name is Eva Kathryn and I am the founder of Shameless Life Coaching, LLC.  I am a Certified Professional Coach, trained at iPEC, the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching where I also received my certification as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. I am an alumni of Rutgers, The State University of NJ where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Religion.     

So how did I become shameless fabulous? Well first, thank you Mom!  My mother is an amazing woman who never stopped telling me both with words and by the example of her own life that women are strong, beautiful and empowered to make their own choices. Sexuality was never a topic of shame and was instead discussed with honesty and truth. 

However, although I was fortunate enough to have such a strong presence in my life, I still struggled with making this message my own.  I had to walk my own path and discover my own inner diva.  I struggled with body image and sexual confidence.  I also struggled with the balance that it takes to be a good person, partner, daughter, and sister while still having time for just me.  I live in the same world as everyone else and I’ve read the magazines that tell me what I should look like, what my sex life should be like and what kind of person holds it all together.  I worried that I was not enough. 

Thankfully I'm learning balance, focus and how to give myself permission to pursue my passions.  Education excites me and I hope that on these pages you will find not only knowledge but also have some fun along the way. Life can be complicated but it is also beautiful.
